The story of Matsu Mesi

Good honey starts
with bees. And care.

Matsu Mesi is a small apiary where the work of bees meets the care of a beekeeper. Our honey comes from Estonia’s flowers and is carefully jarred.

Our beekeeper is Kristjan-Jaak Nuudi, who trained professionally in beekeeping at Olustvere. Life with bees follows nature’s rhythm — from flowering to the honey harvest and the anticipation of another spring.
